Good Laboratory Practice - What is behind all this?

“Good Laboratory Practice” (GLP) is a quality assurance system, that encompasses all organizational structures and the sequence of analyses and tests for authorization of a medicinal product. GLP not only regulates the personnel, space and equipment-specific requirements, but also the responsibilities during and after testing. And so the four eyes principle applies. Therefore, several signatures are also required for the approval documents.
